US-Ukraine Security Dialogue IV

A fourth running of the US-UA Security Dialogue Series was held on July 17, 2013 in Kyiv at the American Chamber of Commerce. In the morning, the conference explored straightforward security issues US and Ukraine may face in the very near future, including the thorny matter of “melting frozen conflict zones” facing the GUAM nations; in the afternoon, attention shifted to broader ‘energy security’ and ‘economic security’ issues.
