US-Ukraine Security Dialogue III took place May 19, 2012 in Chicago, IL. The conference’s subtitle provided context: “Assessing US-NATO Relations on the Eve of the Chicago Summit”; the forum was held as a prelude to a major NATO gathering in the Windy City. The event was a much-needed renewal of the US-UA SD Series.
