UA Historical Encounters III: GUAM/Black and Caspian Sea Cooperation
A UA HES event entitled GUAM/Black and Caspian Sea Cooperation was held December 4, 2007 at New York University. The symposium was dedicated to examining a regional grouping whose potential significance in the areas of economic development, energy security and "frozen conflicts" resolution cannot be underestimated.
