US-Ukraine Security Dialogue XI, an all-day event at the National Press Club on March 5, 2020, highlighted six-panel discussions dedicated to gauging the defense needs of Ukraine that require the most immediate attention, particularly in the aftermath of the renewed Normandy talks and US’ impeachment/trial travails.
