Ukraine’s EuroAtlantic Future Forum VIII: The Three Seas Initiative Paradigm – Examining the Possibilities from Energy to Security took place at the Texas A&M Bush School of Government in Washington DC on Nov 13, 2025.
The forum brought together key think tank policy experts and active or retired government officials as well as leading players in the private sector to examine an old Eastern Europe “From Sea to Sea to Sea” construct that has been resurrected as the Three Seas Initiative effort in the last decade. The initiative until recently concentrated on deepening energy-transport-communications ties between the member countries of TSI. That subject remained a component of the proposed examination, but possible deeper security links were also part of the discussion.
