US-Ukraine Energy Dialogue IV took place amidst inclement weather on Dec. 11, 2012 in Kyiv. CUSUR and its US-UA Energy Dialogue partner, AFPC, in the cooperation with the Kyiv International Energy Club “Q” and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine led a lively discussion about, among other matters, the use of “US know-how” to develop Ukraine’s apparently plentiful domestic energy resources.
